Part-Time Seasonal Farm Assistant – Flutter Farms

Hours: Minimum 9 hours, up to 20 hours per week
Schedule: 6-9 AM and/or 6-9 PM, including weekends
Seasonal Position: July – Mid-October

Pay: $13.75/hr

 

Responsibilities:

• Cutting flowers with care and precision

• Pulling weeds and general field maintenance

• Washing buckets and farm tools

• Hanging flowers for drying

• Using a backpack sprayer as needed

 

Requirements:

• Must be available at least three days per week, including some weekends (specific days will be requested)

• Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and bending over for extended periods

• Able to work in the heat and outdoor conditions

• Punctual, dependable, and ready to learn
